Use of First-job.in Content

The First-job.in authorizes You to view and access a single copy of the content available on or from First-job.in solely for your personal use. Without limiting any of the other disclaimers of warranty set forth in these Terms of Use, First-job.in does not provide or make any representation as to the quality or nature of any of the third party products or services purchased through the First-job.in or any other First-job.in Site, or any other representation, warranty or guaranty. Any such undertaking, representation, warranty or guaranty would be furnished solely by the provider of the applicable class, or learning material, product or service, under the terms agreed to by the provider.

Subscription Fees

Subscription Fees shall be the rate applicable for the Services provided as mentioned in the Product Catalogue or as may be prescribed by the First-job.in from time to time.Liability for payment of the Subscription Fees shall accrue from the Date of Commencement. All individual Users who access or make postings of information at First-job.in for the purpose of seeking employment shall be exempted from the application of this clause.

Payment

The Subscription Fees shall be paid by the User on demand to avail the products and services on the site.

Data Privacy and SMS Alerts

In the context of the 'alerts' service being introduced by First-job.in; the candidate consents to the use of his personal data in the form of cellular phone number(s) being used by First-job.in to forward relevant job alerts and other information as and when they become available.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the First-job.in, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from (i) any User Content or other material You provide to any First-job.in Site, (ii) your use of any First-job.in Content, or (iii) your breach of the terms of these Terms of Use. The First-job.in shall provide notice to You promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding.

Additional Terms of Use

Certain areas of First-job.in are subject to additional terms of use. By using such areas, or any part thereof, You agree to be bound by the additional terms of use applicable to such areas.

Termination

First-job.in may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect, without prior notice and without assigning any reason/s whatsoever and without any prejudice to any/all other rights in the following events:

  • On completion of the term for which the user engages the services of the First-job.in
  • If in the opinion of the First-job.in, the User has breached any of the terms and conditions of this agreement or/and the Order form signed.
  • If, in the opinion of the First-job.in or/and any regulatory authority, it is not in the public interest to continue providing the Service to the User for any reason.
